IP ADDRESSING FOR MOUNTAIN SKY SCHOOL

  - For VLAN1 (enterprise servers and administrative server) and VLAN2 (teachers' computers and staff) we will use class A 10.0.0.0 static IP addresses
  - For VLAN3 - VLAN48 (curriculum network computers) we will use class B 192.168.0.0 dynamic IP addresses
  - All of the above mentioned class of addresses are private class addresses
  - General IP addressing scheme for Mountain Sky looks like following:

   - for curriculum computers network in each room we will create a VLAN and assign a subnet for IP addressing; assigning VLANs will be done on switches and assigning subnets will be made on school's Router using subinterfaces of the main interface for curriculum LAN, Ethernet2
   - VLANs and subnetting for each room are used so that broadcast storms are avoided of affecting all curriculum network when broadcasts happen.
