Data Centre IP addressing requirements:

   - a pair of IP addresses for connection through Frame Relay to the ISP
 
   - 4 T1 Point-to-Point connections with Service Center Router, so 4 pairs of IP addresses are needed
 
   - 4 T1 Point-to-Point connections with Shaw Butte Router, so 4 pairs of IP addresses are needed
 
   - 11 T1 Point-to-Point connections with the respective 11 schools that are connected to Data Center, so 11 pairs of IP addresses are needed
